The Sanctuary, located in Longboat Key, is an upscale condominium complex that offers a luxurious lifestyle with modern amenities. A kitchen and bathroom remodeling project in one of the units we headed updated the look and feel of the condo. The results are stunning.
The Condo Kitchen
The kitchen was completely transformed with Elmwood Fine Custom Cabinetry, featuring the Ventura MDF door style with a high gloss PET white finish and matching edge. The cabinet finish creates a clean and modern look, while the high gloss finish adds a touch of elegance to the space.
These countertops were updated with Pompeii Quartz, which offers durability and easy maintenance. The 16-gauge stainless steel single bowl undermount sink is a practical addition that complements the modern style of the kitchen.
In the bathrooms, we used Elmwood Fine Custom Cabinetry with the Ventura MDF door style and a Grey Alder Faux Wood finish to create a warm and inviting space. The countertops were also updated with Pompeii Quartz, which adds a touch of luxury to the bathroom.
We updated the bathroom floors with Calacatta Natural porcelain tiles from Happy Floors, which create a sleek and modern look. The shower walls feature Porcelanosa Wave White tiles in a matte finish, which create a sophisticated and elegant feel. Calcatta Natural Mosaic tiles cover the shower floor, adding a touch of texture and interest to the space. Also, the shower bench seat top has a quartz top, tying the bathroom together with the kitchen’s design.
In addition to updating the cabinetry and countertops, the bathroom also underwent extensive demolition. We demoed the old cabinets, countertops, and shower tiles, along with the garden tub, bidet, and toilet. The medicine cabinets and wall fixtures were also removed, as were all mirrors.
Overall, this kitchen and bathroom remodeling project in The Sanctuary at Longboat Key has resulted in a modern and luxurious space that offers the ultimate in comfort and style. The combination of high-quality materials and careful attention to detail has created a space that is both functional and visually stunning.
