There are so many great ideas when it comes to creating cool bathroom designs. If you want to really make your shower stand out with a beautiful and unique design, you have to look beyond just the functional part of the design. You need to find the right design approach. These six shower design ideas will give you all the inspiration you need to help you determine the best look for your shower.
1. Two Showerheads
We redesigned this master bath on Siesta Drive from a small, enclosed shower into a spacious, open shower. The partition in the middle of this shower gave us the ability to bring plumbing down the wall to have two showerheads and plenty of space.
4. Roll-In Shower
The distinguishable feature of a roll-in shower is that there’s no shower curb at the entrance. The tile floor in this Bradenton master bath flows right into the shower. This is a great “aging in place” design.
These and other shower design ideas help transform your bathroom into a luxurious, spa-like feel. Gather your inspiration photos and show us how you’d like us to transform your bathroom!
2. Waterfall Ends
Both sink bases in the master bath of this Sarasota home boast waterfall designs on the ends. One waterfall flows into the shower area, which doubles as a ledge for products in the shower.
5. Shower Niche
The jewelry strip here serves as the background for the shower niche, perfect for placing your shower products.
3. Multiple Panes of Glass
We positioned the glass in this walk-in shower a little differently according to the homeowner’s wants and needs. The two panes of glass is like something you’d find in a hotel. The glass by the window brings in natural light from the nearby window.
6. 3D Porcelain Tile
The tile in this shower we remodeled is an ash grey 3D porcelain tile. 3D will give any shower a unique look.
