Work with a Designer

If you plan to remodel your kitchen or bathroom, it is essential to accurately design the space. Ask your contractor to show you detailed plans and designs for projects they have completed. Projects beyond the design abilities of your contractor can result in numerous delays, cost overruns, and frustration on your part. If your contractor is not a designer, keep in mind your project may be more complex than he can handle. After the Design Phase
Following the design phase, we prepare three copies of a very detailed set of plans and installation instructions. The homeowner gets a copy, the Project Manager, and a copy is retained in the office. This insures that any questions that arise can be answered promptly.
